Liz Anderson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a board-approved supervisor who is passionate about providing client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapeutic services to people of all ages and identities. Liz has experience providing therapy in schools, homes, clinics, in healthcare, and on a college campus. She has expertise providing trauma therapy (EMDR), working with refugees and immigrants, and recently was trained in Neurofeedback. Her expertise covers a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, relationship difficulties, and identity development. She values creating a strong therapeutic relationship, being collaborative, integrating intersections of identity, and addressing what is happening in the here and now with clients. Liz strongly believes that anyone who comes into her therapy office has the strength and the guidance they need within themselves and their support network. Her job is to walk beside them for a time and reflect back the beauty and strength she sees.
Liz is serving PPG as a Clinical Supervisor with a passion and expertise for training programs.
Outside of work, Liz spends time with her two amazing and funny kiddos, their kitty, and is often squeezing in quality time with family and friends.
