Mental Health Therapist
Donna has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and their parents/guardians within the Specialty Programs department to improve social skills, develop coping strategies, increase self-awareness and build confidence. When she is not working with groups and programs, she sees adolescents and young adults for individual psychotherapy, using varied therapeutic approaches. She has experience working with people of varied ages, and specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Donna brings her unique approach, combined with varied therapeutic modalities. Many adolescents and young adults feel unheard and/or misunderstood. Donna provides a safe platform for them to share information and gain needed skills, using a holistic and collaborative approach.
Donna volunteers in the community with several organizations. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, dancing, horseback riding and traveling.
